Investrust Bank Plc a dynamic and vibrant organization is looking for a qualified, self motivated, hard working professional and ambitious individual who wants to be a part of an expanding institution. The Bank seeks the services of:
PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
This role reports to the Head Corporate and Investment Banking. The job holder will manage the Bank’s product monitoring and development.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPA’s)
  • Conduct product competitor analysis / competitive intelligence and provide management with such information for decision making
  • Oversee Bank’s product development process from identifying customer needs to product/ service testing to product launch and post implementation process
  • Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and positioning
  • Help develop pricing and packaging strategies
  • Work with the Bank’s relations managers to promote the bank’s products
  • Complete Product Definition as part of the product development process
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are documented as part of the product development process
  • Analyze and consolidate consumer information/data
  • Establishes and maintains research database
  • Plans, develops and implements research strategies and objectives using effective research methodologies
  • Monitors and maintains information on competitors activities; market share, pricing, earnings, and consumer satisfaction
  • Help develops and tracks tools which monitor customer satisfaction
  • Analyzes and prepares reports summarizing research methodology and findings / recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Full Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics
  • A relevant university degree or full ZICA / ACCA / CIMA qualification
  • Four years Banking experience
  • Must be computer literate
