Registry Clerk job in Zambia

The prosection Authority was established by Act.34 of 2010 of the Laws of Zambia to prosecute all criminal cases with fairness and impartiality in order to create a safe environment for Zambia’s social economic advancement and prosperity Management invites suitably qualified and industrious individuals to fill the following position
Registry Clerk – NPA/08: Reference Number: PH/REGC/08.
Reports to: The Senior Registry Officer
Responsibilities:
The officer shall be responsible for undertaking the provision and maintenance of registry services in order to enhance storage and retrieval of information
Principal Accountabilities
• Maintains accurately and timely Register of incoming and outgoing mail in order to prevent misdirection and/loss
• Undertakes timely file circulation in order to facilitate decision making
• Prepares timely and accurately file inventory in order to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of information
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
• Full Form V or Grade 12 School Certificate
• Full grade XII Certificate
• Able to write comprehensive reports
• Oral Skills
• Able to communicate effectively in English
Other Skills/Attributes
  • Computer literate and confidentiality
