Our goal is to empower consumers with the most thorough information on the market and bring them in direct contact with the agents. Our listings aim at providing you with as much information as possible with in-depth insight to each property.
At Lamudi, we are not agents. Instead, we help you find your perfect property. We allow you to get in touch with the agents, who have the direct mandate for the property straight from the owner, bringing greater efficiency to the Zambian real estate market. WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNT MANAGER (1), LUSAKA

Job Description
The ideal candidate will implement the company’s sales strategies and connect with the mission of providing the best real-estate platform in Zambia. S/he will have a strong and proven background in growing sales revenue, creating relationships with customers and maintaining processes. Candidate must be highly enthusiastic and self-motivated to work for an early-stage tech start-up, and adaptable to respond to a variety of tasks outside of given job description. We are looking for candidates with initiative, organization, and superior communication and negotiation skills to take Lamudi to the next level.
Essential Duties:
  • Work 90% field and 10% office in order to source, sign and collect payments from customers.
  • Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and potential products.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of all products and updates on Lamudi website.
  • Negotiates and sells to customer needs and builds on-going relationships with clients.  
  • Responds to inter-departmental requests and customer questions in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Creates customer accounts and maintains tracking systems and procedures. 
  • Contributes to team efforts; ensures website is meeting key performance indicators.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • University Degree Required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
  • Demonstrable sales experience, preferably in B2B environment. 
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills – and key negotiation skills.
  • Digitally savvy: easily navigates and learns new software, excellent skills in using all Microsoft Office programs.
