Branch Sales Manager
Job Title: Branch Sales Manager (Kitwe/Ndola/Solwezi)
Report to: General Manager
Position Description:
- Do marketing research and make marketing & sale plan, then carry the plan forward
- Be responsible for the branch or team (personal) sales figures target
- Recruit new sales and make training programs for the department
- Cooperate with other departments to make sure company’s business goes smoothly
Requirements:
- More than 3 years’ marketing and sales working experience, related industry is preferred.
- Marketing related major certificate in marketing, business administration, advertising.
- Good office software skills and business etiquette, fluent English, Driver license preferred.
- Sharp, quick response, good habit in time management and work planning.
Daily routines:
A. Hold morning/afternoon brief meeting to boost team spirits and make daily/weekly/monthly work team plan and target.
B. Review each sales’ daily/weekly/monthly work notes, weekly/monthly reports, give feedback.
C. Regular business and related activities checking based on the regulations and instructions
D. Supervise team field work and help them in marketing and sales.
E. Hold the afternoon brief meeting, and fulfill other assignments.
F. Make the training plan and do the training for the sales.
G. Do the teamwork presentation in terms of team-building, target progressing, market and sales research updating and plan, customer relationship management.
H. Cooperate and coordinate with other departments to fulfill daily work
I. Other assignments
Income level: K3000-K10,000 per month
