Indirect Sales Coordinator (EBU)

Responsibilities

Provide inputs for the development of the business plan for Segments as requested.
Assess product and service needs and prepare proposals for solutions
Process the service contracts for new clients and maintains client documentation
Process provisioning through the Sales Support, for products and services for new clients    
Conduct education sessions for new clients
Develop and maintain good business relationships with clients
Monitor competitor products, services and activities in the Segment and make recommendations
Provide information for the analyses of client account performance and ensure that they meet their payment obligations on a timely basis.

Requirements

Business/Marketing  or equivalent professional Diploma
2 years experience in a sales environment, at least 1 Experience in Telecommunications
Customer relationship management
Products and services training
Key Account Strategies knowledge

Relationship Coordinator (EBU)

Responsibilities

Proactive relation management through service engagement meetings
Provide input in the  process of developing relevant solutions
Process the service contract renewal for clients
Conduct frequent education sessions for managed segments
Interact regularly with clients to ensure a high level on-going relation management
Escalation point on all support related queries affecting customer service.
Maintain an up to date database of information and intelligence
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing liaison with the relevant departments

Requirements

Business/Marketing  or equivalent professional Diploma
2 years experience in a sales environment, at least 1 Experience in Telecommunications
Customer relationship management
Products and services training
Key Account Strategies knowledge
