Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Planner
Job Title: Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Planner
- Develops and updates mechanical technical standards and procedures
- Supports technical audits (in cooperation with Maintenance Manager)
- Support, guidance and inspection of maintenance field activities
- Provide planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks with the use of CMMS
- Prepares and expedites material requisitions for job execution
- Documentation of all data utilizing CMMS
- Works out performance, trend and statistic reports
- Improves work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labour, parts and material, tools and equipment, permissions, specialized documentation and equipment access.
- Maintains appropriate records and files to permit meaningful analysis and reporting of results or work done.
- Responsible for CMMS improvements
The individual must possess IT skills with a focus on software development to easily utilize and adapt new software systems.
