Manager Liabilities and Cash Management
Job purpose:
The Liabilities & Cash Management Manager will be charged with the responsibility of strategic product planning, design, product management and performance of Personal Transactional and Liabilities Products.
Responsibilities:
• Business growth and sustainability
• Product performance and profitability (financial performance)
• Product target setting (budgeting) Product alignment with customer value propositions and the business operating model.
• Development and implementation of product and funding strategies
• Conceptualisation and implementation of new products/services
• Identification of new business, revenue and cost reduction opportunities
• Effective product interest rate management and product pricing
• Product process enhancements/re-engineering
• Development of product sales/service tools
• Product support to network
• Customer and branch query resolution
• Conceptualisation and drive of business campaigns
• General product management
• Delivery of key projects
• Monitoring, understanding and reacting to business/competitive environment
• Provision of appropriate management information.
• Drive the adoption and use of Stanbic Bank Zambia Limited cash management solutions
• Drive the adoption and use of our NBOL platform
• Manage the PBB Implementation (NBOL) team
• Product risk management
Qualifications:
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• A business related degree with a financial component.
Special Skills/ Competencies:
• A sound understanding of business principles, macroeconomics, financial services and money markets.
• A sound understanding of product management principles, including financials,pricing, marketing and sales.
• Business acumen to understand and drive impact of actions on product economics
• Strong analytical skills are essential
• Attention to detail is essential
• Numerate, with the ability to do financial modelling
• Pricing skills
• Good understanding of economics and finance
• Project management skills
• Computer literate (MS Office).
