Qualification and Requirements
• Must posses relevant qualifications of Diploma level or above in the field of Broadcasting(Radio),Radio production and Journalism.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years broadcast management experience within a similar role and must show good skills in developing sellable on air content and contents,production,contect delivery ,music management and social media management.
• Must also be able to demonstrate a key understanding of current local,regional and international broadcast trends and the unique relationship that exists between station and audience.
• Research and evaluation skills are an added advantage.
• Must be able to manage a large team.
