Cavmont Bank Limited is a diversified financial institution with 19 outlets across the country that provides high quality products, services and financial solutions to the Retail and Corporate markets.
We are looking for an outstanding Human Resource with extensive experience in high profile and complex environments to fill the following position:
Project Manager
The position of Project Manager reports directly into the office of the Manager – Project Office.The ideal candidate is responsible for leading project Teams, and managing the overall direction, coordination, planning, implementation, execution, monitoring, control and completion of all projects. The Project Manager is required to ensure consistency and alignment with the Company strategy that will lead to increased customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
• Leading the planning, implementation, execution monitoring and control of projects
• Overseeing the application of PMP or PRINCE2 professional principles, practices, and techniques
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, cost and schedules
• Managing all project budgets
• Promoting excellent quality assurance, risk and issue management
• Providing regular feedback on projects through comprehensive reports
• Supervising and coordinating project Team members
• Communicating clearly and facilitating change management
• Thoroughly understanding and communicating stakeholder requirements to appropriate Team members
• Providing regular reporting on project budget performance and project cost management
• Meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual project budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
• Effectively managing project budgets and resource allocation
Experience / Knowledge and Skills
• A minimum of 3 years’ project management experience in the utilisation of a structured project management methodology (PMP or PRINCE2) and a minimum of 2 years’ supervision experience in a project management or business analysis role
• An in-depth understanding of project management and business process requirements
• Computer literacy required (Microsoft Office)
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management and IT solution delivery
• Experience in or exposure to business processes and procedures related to banking or payment systems will be an added advantage

Qualifications
• Complete Grade 12 Certificate with credits (or better) in English and Mathematics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Computer Science
• Additional Certifications in the Project Management field will be an added advantage
Information Technology (IT) Manager
The position of Information Technology Manager reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and also provides dotted line reporting to the Head Group IT Service Delivery as the first point of escalation for technical (“Change” or “Run”) and service support aspects.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high level of performance scrutiny and have a strong track record of delivering growth and cultivating high performing Teams. In conjunction with the Group IT Service Delivery function, the candidate will be responsible for the definition, delivery and continuous improvement of all IT infrastructure service requirements and ensuring that fit-for-purpose and costeffective IT systems are provided on a sustainable basis to enable the Business to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
• Overseeing and monitoring IT service delivery against the standards, guidelines and practices setby the Group IT function
• Improving the quality and efficiency of IT service delivery in the Bank
• Establishing and managing ITIL processes within the IT Department to ensure maximum efficiency
• Reviewing adherence to IT infrastructure standards, guidelines and practices in the Bank as outlined by Group IT Heads and Specialists
• Leading, developing and motivating the IT team as per agreed policies and practices
• Developing relationships with senior colleagues across the Organisation to communicate on service performance and influence behaviours and actions that help reduce support requirements from IT and improve overall IT service to the business.

Experience / Knowledge and Skills
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT-related role, directing and supervising IT Teams
• In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of new and existing technologies, industry trends, standards and best practices
• Sound Specialist knowledge across a wide range of IT disciplines including, the Microsoft infrastructure and applications environment, Data Networks, Voice Networks, Desktop &
• Distributed User Management
• Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience in, ITIL process development, implementation, management and monitoring
• A strong inclination towards Teamwork, development of cross-functional relationships and fostering co-operation within (and across) diverse Teams
• Experience in, or exposure to, banking / payment systems, business processes and procedures will be an added advantage
Core competency
• Ability to provide business solutions through strategic & lateral thinking, sound management and analytical experience
• Team player with excellent leadership skills and a strong Customer Service orientation
• Ability to leverage cross-border expertise to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

Qualifications
