School Business Manager
We are recruiting a dynamic School Business Manager to lead on all aspects of Administration, Finance, HR, Facilities and Marketing within the school. You will be part of the management team and work closely with the Headteacher and Boarding Matron. You will need to have experience at management level and cope well under pressure.
The level of responsibility placed on the Business Manager means that candidates should have strong and varied skills and experience, including:
- Strong financial accounting skills
- Experience with Pastel or other accounting system
- Proven ability to manage large budgets efficiently
- The ability to manage groups of stall
- Written and oral presentation skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Capable of communicating with different stakeholders
- Leadership and planning skills
- Strong IT skills
- Commercial awareness
- Experience of working in a similar role would be desirable but we would welcome applications from those with equivalent experience gained in a different environment.
