The Activation Lead – Digital Banking at Cellulant Zambia

Job Title: Activation Lead – Digital Banking  
Below is a description of the position:
Cellulant is a digital payments business. We are building an ecosystem of consumers, merchants and banks in which we facilitate payments and build value through the value-added services we layer on top. In building this ecosystem we serve different types of customers with different products; including mobile banking, mobile payment and mobile credit products. We are currently serving merchants, banks and mobile network operators across 10 countries. We are now looking to hire an experienced engagement lead to drive growth of Cellulant’s digital banking business by targeting full potential in customer usage of the digital banking platform. The Activation Lead is responsible for building usage patterns within the Banks. As the Activation Lead – Digital Banking, you will be responsible for:
Client Activation
  • Monitoring and building the percentage of customers using our platform
  • Managing the consumer onboarding journey, with focus on delight and optimization.
  • Consumer lifestyle management.
  • Ensuring customers take up more products within the channels.
  • Running activation campaigns designed jointly with the bank.
  • Periodic and ad-hoc reporting and other management information
  • Service Delivery
  • Ensure client activation and client support activities comply with their agreed SLA’s and KPI’s with regards to service quality and response times
  • Maintain knowledgebase/training for the client activation and client support function
  • Liaise with the Change Management team for client enhancement requests and/or functional queries.
You must be passionate about building and evangelising our payments solution. You must possess a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand customer problems and business opportunities, and find innovative solutions for the broader market. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with product management counterparts to define product release requirements, and will assist with the timely delivery of product positioning, sales and marketing collateral.
