Area Manager – Zambia

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Driving turnover
  • Controlling expenses
  • Controlling stock losses
  • Managing and motivating staff
  • Training staff
  • Managing merchandise
  • Handling of IR issues
You need to be:
  • Proven management experience
  • Good leadership skills
  • A good understanding of retail business
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Trader mentality (business acumen and turnover driven)
  • Good numerical skills
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • A valid driver’s license
  • A business or retail related degree will be advantageous
