MTN Zambia it’s currently looking for a suitably qualified person to fill in the position of;
Human Resources Manager: Learning & Organisation Development
Responsibilities
• Reviews Individual Development Plans (IDPs) from departments and prepares annual training calendar and budget
• Source L&D service providers and facilitates L&D activities including MTN Academy programs
• Administer the MTNZ talent management processes and procedures
• Participate in initiatives to create and enhance awareness and capability amongst line managers
• Participate in organisation design or review assignments and maintain
• Liaises with line managers for the preparation of job profiles according to Group standards, ensuring that job profiles are available for all jobs and are reviewed to reflect any changes in job content. Maintains a library of job profiles for various HR and OD purposes
• Evaluates jobs in compliance with Group methodologies and standards
• Provides support for major organisational change programs within MTN Zambia, assisting with the preparation of change management plans and monitoring progress of change management activities using set performance indicators as required

Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in business Administration and post-graduate qualification in Human Resource Management
• Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM)
• 5 years experience in HR
• Experience in L&D, Performance Management and OD
• Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM)
• 5 years experience in HR
• Experience in L&D, Performance Management and OD
