Trainee at Tandiza Zambia Finance Ltd - June 2015

Tandiza Zambia Finance Ltd (“Tandiza”) is a Micro-Financial Institution that provides short term credit solutions and advice to retail clients.
We are looking for a driven and talented Trainee who will be part of the team based at our Kitwe branch. Tandiza is a high growth business and this role presents a fantastic development and training opportunity for the right individual, and the possibility of joining the team permanently.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Branch Manager
  • Data entry using tools such as excel
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Branch Manager  e.g. Processing loans, Marketing, Recording all client correspondence, etc
  • Assist in preparation and maintenance of accounting, reporting and other procedure documentation
  • Assist in maintaining hard-copy and electronic client files
  • Internal controls and risk management

  • First-rate communication skills
  • Fantastic time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent multi-tasker who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Very hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business
  • Strong computer skills ( Microsoft package e.g. excel, power point etc.)
Qualifications:
Currently studying accounting (Part qualified) e.g. CIMA, ACCA, Natech
Preferably someone who lives in Kitwe.
