The Company is seeking to fill the position of HR Manager based in Lusaka.

Primary Responsibilities
- Human Resource Operations

- Payroll and Welfare Management
- Employee Relations
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Operations
- Ensuring maintenance of employee records
- Expertise of offer and appointment letters, issuing of termination letters
- Administration of Performance Appraisal system and its timely implementation
- Administration of Provident Fund (PF) , Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI) and Professional Tax
- Dealing with any Industrial Relations court issues relating to Professional Tax and employee matters.
- Talent Acquisition
- Establishes a recruiting strategy by analysing job descriptions and management feedback, customizing processes as well as staying abreast of industry trends and local labour market conditions.
- Recruits, interviews, screens, complete reference checks and makes hiring decisions in collaboration with local management at the Agent and Supervisor level.
- Identifies creative sources for recruiting qualified candidates through a variety of continually expanding means to include database, internet, newspaper advertising, job fairs, professional organizations, community agencies, and colleges.
- Strategize with business unit to determine other possible sources
- Acts as liaison between search firms and hiring managers
- Implement company HR policies and processes in the site.
- Drive the HR Objectives at the location level.
- Manage attrition within budgeted levels
- And any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

- 6-7 years of relevant experience in medium size organization
