RPS Developments Limited is wholly owned subsidiary of Rhodes park school,which is Zambia’s leading private education institution and has been serving Lusaka’s parents since the 1960’s.The school offers Kindergarten to High School(K-12)classes that follow local and international syllabus. The school employs a large workforce carrying out academic, administrative and support functions.

The company has been created as the trading arm of the institution and currently operates the school shop and criteria as separate business units.As a response to continued growth and increase in the demand for our products and services,Rhodes Park School and its subsidiary are now inviting suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacancy.

The holder will be responsible for the planning and production of appropriate food to meet the changing needs of our customers profitably. Chef is the directly supervise of cafeteria staff and accountable for overall recording,taking scheduled inventory and record keeping

• Atleast holder of a Diploma in Food Production from a recongnised college
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a leadership role in an established organization
• Experience in Procurements will be added advantage
• The role will involve interaction with end users at all levels of the Institution and good interpersonal skills are essential

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent collaborative style
• Proven organization and problem solving skills
• Honesty, integrity and compassion
