Concern Worldwide is a Non-Governmental International Humanitarian and Development organization working in 24 countries around the World Concern Worldwide Zambia has been working in Zambia since 2002 with a focus on improving live hoods, food security, health and nutrition as well as raising awareness of HIV and AIDS for rural households in the Central and western of Zambia. Activities to promote gender equality at all levels and empower beneficiaries specifically are implemented throughout the programmes area.

We are currently recruiting for a Grants Compliance Officer who will be based in Lusaka Office. The post holder will ensure adherence by Concern staff and its partner organization to best financial practices through review of all financial transactions, proposal budgets and reports in reference to the organization and donor financial rules and regulation and provide advice and training to staff and partners regarding compliance requirements.

• Part qualified ACCA professional or CIMA or fully qualified Accounting Technician level
• A member of ZICA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position, preferably with International NGO will be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of financial systems and internal control
• Good analytical ability
• Pays attention to details
• Good budgeting/accounting skills
• High degree of personal independence, integrity and honesty
