IMPORTANT INFORMATION PERTAINING TO SECOND STAGE (MAIN) WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR POSTS OF COMMERCIAL APPRENTICE, GOODS GUARD & ASSISTANT STATION MASTER
- Only one common 2nd stage (main) written examination will be held on 18-AUG-2013 (in one shift) for all the categories notified under CEN 03/2012.
- No further application forms are required from candidates for the 2nd stage (main) written exam [as was previously given vide para 1.06 (C) of the CEN 03/2012].
- INDICATION OF PREFERENCE OF POSTS: Candidates will have to indicate their options (in order of preference) for various posts notified under CEN 03/2012, at the time of the 2nd stage (main) written examination in the specified space provided in their call letters. This “upper portion” of the call letter shall be retained by the invigilators for records of RRB.
- Candidates who exercise their option/preference for the categories for Group-IV (ASM) will have to submit a medical certificate obtained from an eye specialist [as per proforma given in Annexure-06 of CEN-03/2012, at the time of Psychological (Aptitude) Test].
- Candidates will be required to submit true copies of all their testimonials, documents, NOC, etc along with their originals at the time of Document Verification (DV). The onus of proving their eligibility for the post concerned and the genuineness of their other averments made in the initial application form shall rest with the candidates. Their candidature would be purely provisional and would be liable to be cancelled, at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case any inconsistency is noticed at the stage of DV or even later.
- Call letters to these candidates are being sent by post as per the addresses given in the application forms. Railway Recruitment Board will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery.
- Candidates who do not receive their call letters or those who find any error in their call letters (regarding name, community, category no., photograph and/or free travel authority) may personally contact the office of Railway Recruitment Board on 16th & 17th Aug. 2013 between 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. for getting correct/duplicate call letters. Candidates will have to submit adequate proof in support of their claims (viz., name, father’s name, community, date of birth), two passport size photographs and the candidate’s (lower) portion of call letter issued for the 1st stage written examination held on 02.12.2012.
