Preference for the Posts Second Stage Exam NTPC(GRADUATE) CATEGORIES - Goods Gaurds,ASM etc

The provision of obtaining detailed application forms from the candidates at the this stage ( as envisaged in Para 1.06(C) of the CEN No.03/2012 ) has been dispensed with. The application form already submitted by the candidates to RRB at the first stage of examination, in response to CEN No.03/ 2012, shall be treated valid for the 2nd stage examination also for the purpose of presuming the eligibility of a candidate for the posts applied by him as well as for claiming various concessions like reservation benefits, free rail passes, facility entitled for PWD candidates, age relaxation etc., if any


Preference for the Posts
  • Candidates shortlisted for 2nd stage examination shall submit their option for the posts notified under CEN No.03/2012, duly indicating their order of preference for the posts. 
  • Option of preference for the post is to be exercised by the candidates in box provided on the upper half of the Admit Card / Call letter for the 2nd stage examination which is being sent to the candidates shortly by speed post. 
  • This upper half of call letter shall be retained by the invigilators after the examination for RRB records.
In case of non receipt of call letters
  •  The eligible candidates may contact in RRB in 
  • Eligible candidates with Photostat copies of certificates in support of Name, father’s name and Date of Birth and one passport size photograph and lower half of the call letter issued for written examination held on 02/12/2012 
  • between 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM  on 17/08/2013 for collection of Duplicate Call Letters. This result is also available on the only authorised websit of RRB and will also be published in Employment News shortly
Candidates will be required to submit the copies of the testimonials, documents, NOC etc. along with their originals at the time of Document Verification. The onus of proving eligibility for post and genuineness of their other averments made in the initial application form shall rest with the candidates. Their candidature would be purely provisional and would be liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case any inconsistency is noticed at the stage of Document Verification or later stage.
