Sales & Marketing Executive
Foodplus Zambia Limited is processing company specialized in value addition to Zambia locally produced products. The company requires services in the following of qualified and innovative individuals to fill in the vacant positions
Position: Sales and Marketing Executive – 01
Duty Station: Lusaka
Job Type: Contract 3 years renewable
Remuneration: Starting ZMW 2,700.00 monthly up to ZMW 5,000.00 and a standard health scheme.

Under the direction of the general manager, the incumbent will be required to perform the following duties.
Principal responsibilities;
1. Telesales: Undertake timely telesales marketing to prospective customers;
2. Field Sales: Travel to the field to generate customer interest and close sales.
3. Distribution: Open new markets such as distributors, retailers and agents as well as service them.
4. Customer Services: Manage customer complaints, respond to customer queries.
5. Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and gather competitor’s activities on the market.
6. Accounting: Manage sales cash accounts, sales accounts and bank reconciliations.
7. Marketing: Develop marketing plans and supervise marketing material production.

Requirements
1. Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate (Very Essential Prerequisite);
2. Certification in Marketing / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism / / Management Studies / Marketing / Entrepreneurship / Customer Relationship / Operations Management / Public Administration or equivalent (Desirable but not essential);
3. Experience in any social and business environment either through school clubs or organizations within the community;
4. Good innovative skills and initiative;
