Business Manager
Asili Processing limited its currently inviting suitably qualified person for the position of Business Manager for a new start-up food processing company in Zambia.
Qualifcations and experiance
• Educated to university Masters level, preferably in Business Administration or Management
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in top level management, reporting to Directors and/or Boards with international work experience at this level
• Proof of success in preparing funding application to international funding programmes
• Management of large projects with budgets in excess of USD$1 Million
• Track record in successful negotiations with international companies
• Experience in factory development and knowledge and/or application of ISO 22000:2005 food safety management systems
• Ability to recruit, train, monitor and support a large workforce with knowledge of and experience in personnel,financial,operational and health and safety systems
