Quantity Surveyor job in Zambia

Build Trust Construction it’s currently looking for suitably qualified person to fill in the position of;
Quantity Surveyor
Job Purpose
Manage all costs relating to the road construction project.
Duties include
• Perform risk, value management and cost control
• Allocate work to subcontractors
• Provide advice on contractual claims
• Valuing completed work and arranging payments
• Undertake cost analysis
Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying.
• At least five (5) years experience in road and bridge construction projects.
• Registered member of EIZ registered to practice by the Engineers
• Registration Board (ERE)
