Receptionist - MTN Zambia

Receptionist
Reports to Facilities, Fleet & Security Manager

Responsibilities
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
  • Record warrants for submission to legal team and print call out records
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically

Candidates Requirements
  • College Diploma in administration/secretarial or equivalent qualification 
  • Experience of two (2) years in an administrative role in a corporate environment
  • Basic GSM
  • Records and customer relationship management
  • College Diploma in administration/secretarial or equivalent qualification
