Receptionist - MTN Zambia
Receptionist
Reports to Facilities, Fleet & Security Manager
Responsibilities
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- General administrative and clerical support
- File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
- Record warrants for submission to legal team and print call out records
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Candidates Requirements
- College Diploma in administration/secretarial or equivalent qualification
- Experience of two (2) years in an administrative role in a corporate environment
- Basic GSM
- Records and customer relationship management
- College Diploma in administration/secretarial or equivalent qualification
