WORKS INSPECTORS (WI)
An international engineering firm invites suitably qualified and experienced candidates to submit applications to fill the following positions. All positions are on a full time limited duration contract for a period not exceeding 2 years. The work will be based in or around Lusaka. Only Zambian citizens who meet the minimum requirements stated below will be considered. Local market related remuneration will be negotiated only with the selected candidates.
WORKS INSPECTORS (WI)
- Technical diploma in either civil engineering or electro-mechanical engineering.
- At least 3 years of construction related experience in the capacity of works inspector, clerk of works or similar.
- Computer literate and good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Project performance requirements: Work under the supervision of a resident engineer; site inspections and supervision of construction works; ensure that works are constructed in accordance with specifications, drawings and safety requirements; witness testing and review results; measure quantities; preparation of documentation and reports.
HOW TO APPLY

- A clear statement of the position applied for and applicant’s contact details;
- A detailed curriculum vitae stating applicable qualifications and experience, including at least two contactable referees with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses;
- Certified copies of academic and professional qualifications (where applicable), ID’s and drivers’ licences.
