Sales Representative
Madison Health Solutions Limited, one of Zambia’s market leaders and pioneers in the administration and provision of Medical Schemes and health related products and services seek to employ Sales Representatives on commission basis, to be based in various towns within Zambia.
1. MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate or Diploma in a Business course
- Past Sales Experience – an added advantage
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry – an added advantage
2. SKILLS AND OTHER ABILITIES
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Being professional and knowledgeable of the services and products offered
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Being enthusiastic
- Skilled in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Being ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
3. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell Health Insurance Policies to Individuals and Corporates
- Generate Sales leads
- Maintain extensive knowledge of product offering
- Keep management informed of activities through preparation of weekly reports
